This is where you’ll find the best cellars of the Terrasses du Larzac all converted now to organic winemaking. You’ll meet winemakers, passionate about their wine and passionate about passing on their knowledge of wine. On a full day’s excursion a lunch stopover is included in an excellent local restaurant of the region.
