A show to %E0 watch, %E0 eat, and %E0 drink?

Simon Delétang and Antony Cointre met at a unique monthly event held at the Théâtre de Lorient, which, on that particular day, was dedicated to gastronomy. One thing led to another, and Simon Delétang discovered Antony Cointre’s cuisine on the Île de Groix, at his restaurant “Super Gros,” and the idea for a traveling show took shape.

The concept is simple: cook live, share an iconic dish, and, at the same time, tell the story of this chef’s journey. For behind his sometimes provocative banter lies a profound hypersensitivity. Antony Cointre is nothing like a conventional chef. Through this show, he throws open the doors to his flaws, sharing the story of a rich, intense, and sometimes chaotic life. A flamboyant rebuttal of labels, asserting that he isn’t just “fat,” but Super Fat.
