First of all this restaurant is the story of a father and his son, both being very dedicated to traditional cuisine using local and seasonal products, with organic and/or red label certification. It’s about having the best quality/value for money as has always been the tradition of the local cuisine, a return to the source in other words, to the good old recipes of the past, the flavours of the South...
