GIGNAC CANOE KAYAK

Located on the banks of the Hérault river, in a privileged environment classified Natura 2000, the Gignac Canoe Kayak club offers to all to learn to paddle in complete safety.
During the summer season, we offer paddles and canoes for rent at the nautical base of the Meuse in Gignac and two navigation courses in the heart of the Hérault Gorges site.
The 14 km course, the biggest descent of the Gorges de l'Hérault, presents rapids without difficulties and guaranteed sensations.
On the 6 km course, from the Devil's Bridge, classified as a world heritage site by UNESCO, you will navigate in the deepest part of the Hérault Gorges. Then, along the river, you will reach Gignac at the Meuse dam. The place is little frequented, ideal for relaxation, bird watching and canoeing.
Groups (leisure centers, associations, works councils) can benefit from the supervision of our state-qualified instructor.
