Our Mediterranean varieties have been selected for their tastes and their pronounced aromas in our scrublands and then cultivated at home in agroecology. Knowing that we favor indigenous species as soon as possible: thyme from Salagou, rosemary from Mourèze, savory from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, fine lavender from Larzac, citrus thyme from Corbières?
Hand-picking and natural drying in our barn restore their gustatory quality, their beautiful colors as well as their active principles drawn from this soil of Cevennes schist and limestone plateaus. In the form of leaves and whole flowers, they can be consumed as a condiment or in infusion according to your desires.
The harvest at the beginning of bloom and the steam distillation at base pressure give birth to natural and concentrated essential oils.
