CHAPELLE NOTRE DAME DES VERTUS

Classé aux monuments historiques

The Notre-Dame chapel is an 11th-century Romanesque building which underwent alterations during the Gothic era in the 16th century. The chapel stands just outside the circular village of Paulhan, next to the current cemetery. With a simple floor plan comprising a quarter-sphere apse, it contains furnishings from the ancient Brotherhood of White Penitents founded in the 17th century.
