1. Explore unique wine and cheese pairings
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to hone your taste buds and rediscover gastronomic classics in a new light. We invite you to go beyond preconceived ideas by exploring novel pairings between our wines and a selection of five carefully chosen cheeses. You'll be guided to understand how flavors complement and enhance each other.
2. Tasting of 5 cheeses and Domaine wines
During this workshop, you'll taste five different cheeses, each accompanied by a Domaine des Conquêtes wine specially selected for the occasion. From reds to whites, each cuvée has been chosen for its ability to magnify the characteristics of each cheese. You'll discover unexpected pairings that will awaken your senses.
3. Explanations on winemaking and cheeses
In addition to tasting, we'll explain our winemaking methods and the specific characteristics of each wine you taste. We'll also explain the characteristics of the cheeses we've selected, their origins and why they go perfectly with our wines. A true journey through terroir and tradition!
