In the higher altitudes above the Lake Salagou, Manuel has been raising sheep extensively for over thirty years in a unique setting, rich in bio-diversity, which has enabled him to produce much-appreciated quality meat. Manuel’s mother takes care of the sales on the farm; her husband is in charge of the organic strawberry production. A family devoted and impassioned, well worth a visit!
